Cobalt Park are delighted to announce the signing of a new landscaping contract with One Landscapes who will continue to provide award winning landscapes at the UK’s largest office Park.

Since the initialisation of the park developers have ensured that landscapes are designed and maintained in a way that is highly sympathetic to the abundant biodiversity on the park, to include wetlands and encourage the wildlife in the area to thrive. The park includes 60 acres of biodiversity with another 40 acres on the adjoining Country Park, 100 acres of biodiversity in total. These areas contain a wide range of habitat including woodland, scrub and hedgerow, grassland and tall herb, wetland and exposed dolomite which are vital for the rich amphibian and invertebrate population along with bats and birds.

Brad Docherty of One Landscapes who leads the team at Cobalt has been involved in the park throughout the design and supervision of the implementation of the landscape works at Cobalt for over 15 years.
