Sustainability

Cobalt Business Park was designed to fit within the extensive network of public Bridleways and footpaths, providing excellent transport links that support sustainable commuting. The Park features extensive green open spaces, ccountry parks, open water ponds, and wildflower meadows, creating habitats that’s are home to an abundance of  diverse wildlife, including rare flora and returning species of swans, ducks, and geese.

With a commitment to sustainability, Cobalt’s strategic initiatives aim to not only maintain the abundance of green space currently there but actively plan to further enhance the green credentials of the park with ongoing strategies on Woodlands, Bridleways, Wildflower Meadows and Tree Planting
