Cobalt Park has a wealth of amenities. The Village Hotel with fitness suite, pool, saunas pub and Starbucks. EG on the Move, filling station, Tesla rapid chargers, Spar and the first SpudBros. Cobalt Central Parade hosts Greggs, Tesco Express, Deli and Geordie Bangers. We also have a Travel Lodge on site. The Silverlink Shopping Park is also on our doorstep with Next, M & S and Odeon cinema to name a few.

Sustainability
Cobalt Park was designed to fit within the extensive network of public Bridleways and footpaths, providing excellent transport links that support sustainable commuting. The Park features extensive green open spaces, country parks, open water ponds, and wildflower meadows, creating habitats that are home to an abundance of diverse wildlife, including rare flora and returning swans, ducks, and geese.
With a commitment to sustainability, Cobalt’s aim is not only to maintain the abundance of green space currently there but also to actively plan to further enhance the green credentials of the park with ongoing strategies on Woodlands, Bridleways, Wildflower Meadows and Tree Planting
